Industrial Centrifugal Fan

Before using the Industrial Centrifugal Fan, carefully read the instruction manual to ensure correct and safe operation. The following points should be observed during installation:

1. Before installation, inspect all components and major parts of the fan for damage, friction, or abnormalities. Any issues must be repaired before the fan is put into use.
2. Ensure that no debris or tools are left inside the fan casing.
3. The air duct must have its own independent support. Do not allow the fan to bear the weight of the ductwork.
4. When installing a C-type fan, verify that the wind wheel is correctly positioned inside the housing. The end face of the belt pulley must be aligned and flush.
5. When installing a D-type fan, ensure the impeller is properly positioned within the air shell. The motor must be coaxial with the shaft to avoid misalignment.
6. The transmission group bearing seat is typically shipped without lubricating oil. After installation, lubricate the bearing seat as follows:

• Use 20# lubricating oil for fans operating at normal temperatures.
• Use 30# lubricating oil for fans operating at higher temperatures.
• Ensure the oil level is at the midpoint of the bearing seat's oil mirror.
