These fans are capable of running continuously for over 60 minutes at high temperatures up to 300°C, reflecting a highly advanced manufacturing process.

If a single fan does not meet specific air volume requirements, multiple Roof Mounted Extractor Fans can be installed in parallel. Roof Mounted Extractor Fans Installation Guidelines
To ensure proper performance and longevity, Roof Mounted Extractor Fans must be installed according to the following specifications:
- Foundation Requirements:
The fan's installation foundation should be higher than the roof surface and perfectly level to prevent water leakage. Anchor bolts must be pre-embedded into the foundation for secure mounting. - Vibration Control:
A 5mm thick rubber pad should be placed between the fan base and the foundation to absorb vibrations. Anchor bolts should be fitted with spring washers to prevent loosening during operation. - Outlet Specifications:
The fan's outlet diameter must not be reduced. It is acceptable to use a larger outlet diameter, but a smaller one will hinder performance. An insect-proof net must be installed at the outlet. If the fan is installed in a direction exposed to strong winds, a wind cap should be added for protection. - Winter Operation:
In areas prone to snow or freezing conditions, the fan should be operated regularly in winter to prevent snow accumulation or ice formation that could block the outlet. - Flexible Duct Connection:
Connect the roof fan to the ductwork using a flexible, flame-retardant hose (minimum length of 200mm). The hose diameter should match the fan's inlet and outlet to avoid airflow restriction. - Hose Installation Tips:
The hose should be installed with moderate tension-tight enough to avoid sagging but not so tight as to distort the shape.
At the suction end, install the canvas hose slightly tighter to prevent it from collapsing under negative pressure, which could reduce the internal cross-sectional area and impair airflow.
