Our company will introduce the installation points of Centrifugal Fan Boxes.
In terms of installation location and environment, avoid dusty, corrosive gases, high humidity, direct sunlight and wind and rain environments, as these will reduce the performance of the Centrifugal Fan Box. It is also necessary to consider the impact of its operating noise and vibration on the surrounding area, choose a well-ventilated place, and ensure that there is enough maintenance and repair space around the fan.
When preparing the foundation and placing the fan, build a solid and flat foundation according to the size and weight of the fan, place shock pads or shock absorbers to reduce vibration and noise, and then place the fan steadily and ensure that it has good contact with the foundation. In the installation and connection stage, clean the parts before installation to make them flexible, match them according to the markings or numbers to ensure integrity, weld or bolt the large casing according to the product drawings, connect the air intake and exhaust ducts as required and seal them well to prevent air leakage and prevent the weight of the ducts from exerting pressure on the fan components, and wire and ground them according to electrical specifications.
During the inspection and debugging phase, manually turn the fan to check the direction of rotation before connecting the power supply, adjust the gap between the impeller and the air inlet, the main shaft and the shaft hole of the rear side plate of the casing to the specified distance, and conduct a trial run before formal operation to check vibration, noise, temperature and make necessary adjustments.
Finally, the installation and operation process must comply with safety regulations, regularly check the operating status of the Centrifugal Fan Box, including bearings, belts, lubrication systems, etc., and replace worn parts in time to ensure the normal operation of the fan and extend its service life.
