It's actually quite simple. The so-called centrifugal fan is just a form of fan, and a large part of the reason why it can do so well in power depends on the impeller of this type of fan. The so-called impeller refers to the blades of a fan that we usually see, and many people unilaterally believe that the good conclusion rate of a fan is because its speed is relatively fast. Not bad, the success rate of fan operation is directly related to the speed of the fan.
However, impellers are a relatively energy-saving measure that can reliably use the same amount of electricity while increasing efficiency. There are two factors that affect the success rate of centrifugal fans, one is the diameter of the impeller, and the other is the degree of inclination of the impeller.
If the diameter of the impeller is relatively large, it means that the model of this centrifugal fan is large enough. So the power will smoothly increase, which is also why any fan with higher power has a larger volume.
Another issue is the degree of inclination of the impeller of the centrifugal fan. If the inclination is relatively small, the power will be relatively low. On the contrary, if the inclination is large, the power of the centrifugal fan will increase. But this is also within the range, because after all, the inclination degree of the impeller cannot reach 90 degrees, which is within a sharp angle. If not, this type of centrifugal fan will have a shorter lifespan of the impeller.
So, if you want to increase the conclusion rate of the centrifugal fan at the same current, you can only improve it from the impeller aspect of the fan.
