Fan Type

The Axial Duct Fan shall be made with a steel impeller to ensure that its rigidity meets the requirements for maximum operating speed. The axial flow blades must undergo static and dynamic balance testing as a whole, with residual unbalance conforming to the G2.5 balance level according to AMCA 204 standards.

 

Quality Standards

The fan's performance should be tested in accordance with the standards of the International Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA). The manufacturing company must possess a national industrial product production license and be certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system.

 

Shell

The fan housing must be constructed from a cold-rolled steel plate with a rust-resistant surface and an integrated machined flange. The thickness of the plate must be sufficient to ensure that no deformation occurs when the motor is installed.

 

Motor Isolation Chamber with Cooling System

The motor must be installed in a separate isolation chamber, not exposed to the main exhaust airflow, in order to protect it from high-temperature gases. The isolation chamber should include a dedicated airflow channel that uses the fan's operational force to draw in fresh air from the side of the unit to cool the motor effectively.

 

Electric Motor

The motor must be properly matched to the fan load, with a protection rating of IP54 and an insulation class of F. It should use ball bearings with lubrication, and both the motor and drive components must be located outside the airstream to avoid the buildup of grease or dust.

 

Surface Treatment

Before coating, the fan surface must be thoroughly polished and cleaned to remove sharp edges, burrs, welding slag, iron filings, oil, and other impurities. It should then be treated with electrostatic epoxy resin spraying, and the surface must be free from bumps, sagging, cracks, wrinkles, or peeling.
